Covid Policy

Due to Covid and the current government guide lines, there are several steps we therapists must take in order to keep you and ourselves safe. Below are details of the steps we take coming into your home to treat your animals:

• Face coverings will be correctly worn at all times
• If you feel it would be beneficial, face visors can be worn in conjunction with the face mask
• Hands will be washed prior to arrival and hand sanitiser will be used immediately before entering your house, and regularly throughout the visit
• Any equipment will be thoroughly disinfected before arriving and immediately afterwards
